About Us
Nicole Willis, owner of Party Sitters, LLC, has a love for children and understands why kids just need to be kids. As a mother of three, she understands the quality care parents and guardians look for in a sitter. She also understands how hard it is for adults to share their time between caring for their children and having fun at an event. So she set out on a quest to find a solution that would benefit everyone, especially the children... Party Sitters!

Nicole brings different assets coming from Corporate America. Nicole has a bachelors of science degree in Marketing, and recently earned her MBA (Dec, 2009) at Northern Kentucky University. She has experience in the corporate world, including internships at Kraft Foods and Procter & Gamble, and a full time position at General Electric Aviation. Nicole has also worked in small business as the office manager of Jordan & Jordan CPA’s.
Nicole's work with children began at the age of 12 when she started her own babysitting company servicing many of the mothers in the community starting off as a "mommy helper" and eventually an on-call sitter. The passion to work with children as she worked as the lead youth teacher at her church and differenct community groups. Nicole also does work as an event coordinator and consults for different events around the city of Cincinnati. She is also an adjunct professor at Xavier University, bringing her experiences from Corporate America into the classroom.
