Meet the Owner
Nicole "Nicci" Willis is the founder and owner of Party Sitters. She earned a bachelors of science degree in Marketing, and her MBA at Northern Kentucky University. She has experience in Corporate America, including Kraft Foods and Procter & Gamble, and a full time position at General Electric Aviation. She worked as Director of Promotions at I Hear Music, a radio marketing and promotions firm, which allowed her to utilize her gift in event coordinating and logistics. With her background in events, she saw a need for children to be safely entertained while guests enjoyed themselves stress-free and thus she created Party Sitters.
Upon starting Party Sitters, Nicci graduated in the inaugural class of Bad Girl Ventures (now Aviatra Accelerators), a micro-lending organization for women-owned businesses in the City of Cincinnati. She finished as one of the Top 14 Entrepreneurial Candidates in Cincinnati's African American Chamber of Commerce's Shark Pool, featuring Daymond John (founder of FUBU and self-made multi-millionaire) from ABC's hit series Shark Tank.
Since then, Nicci and her husband have also started JW International, a real estate investing firm, and Nicci Willis & Co.- a consulting company specializing in event management. Nicci also has her on blog NicciWillis.com sharing about her experience as a wife, mom, and business owner.
Nicole has a passion to work with children as she serves as the children’s ministry leader at her church and volunteers for different community leadership and school groups. Nicole resides in Cincinnati with her husband Jameen, and three children Josh, Lynnea, and Jonathan.
